Educator Chen Zhengda from the China Academy of Art recalls his alma mater with delicate, poetic sensitivity. In his memory, the campus is surrounded by plane trees, which inspired the book’s title.

The design presents the imagery of plane trees swaying in light and shadow—the English text drifts down from above like falling leaves, gently landing between the pages. Past and present intertwine beneath this shimmering canopy, as if everything has both faded into distance and remained ever present.

设计上，书籍以意象化的方式呈现光影中的悬铃木摇曳之姿，
